Tidy Moments ("the App") is developed by Vi Truong Le ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it. We designed Tidy Moments to work entirely on your device, and this policy reflects exactly what the App does — nothing more.
Tidy Moments processes your photos and videos entirely on your iPhone or iPad. Your photos, the information about them, and anything the App learns from them never leave your device and are never sent to us or to any third party. We do not operate a server that receives your photos. We do not use advertising or analytics software in this version of the App.
Your Photo Library. To let you review and tidy your Camera Roll, the App requests access to your Photo Library. With that access, the App:
All of this analysis happens locally, using Apple's on-device frameworks. The App does not upload your photos, video, metadata, or any information derived from them to any server operated by us or by a third party.
Deleting photos. When you accept a "tidy" action, the App asks iOS to delete the photos you approved. Those photos go into your device's built-in Recently Deleted album, exactly as if you had deleted them yourself in the Photos app, and can be recovered there for the period iOS provides (currently up to 30 days) before they are permanently erased by iOS. The App has no separate copy of deleted photos and cannot recover them once iOS has permanently erased them.
Recap Cards you choose to share. The App can generate a "Recap Card" (a still image or short video) from photos in a Moment you tidied. Recap Cards are created and stored on your device. If you tap Share, iOS's standard share sheet opens and you choose where the Recap Card goes. We do not receive a copy of anything you share, and sharing is never automatic.

Because nothing described above is transmitted off your device, we do not share information with third parties, and there is no "data sale" of any kind.
Tidy Moments is a general-audience photo-organization tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — the App does not collect personal information from anyone, of any age, off the device.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's data practices change. We will update the "Effective date" above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
