These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Vi Truong Le ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Tidy Moments mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service.
Tidy Moments helps you review your Photo Library, group photos into "Moments," identify photos you may want to remove (such as blurry shots, duplicates, or screenshots), delete photos you approve in a single action, and generate a shareable "Recap Card" from the photos you keep. All photo analysis and processing happens on your device — the App does not operate a backend service that stores your photos.
You are solely responsible for the photos and videos in your Photo Library and for any content you choose to include in a Recap Card or share through the App's share sheet. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights in photos or media you did not create or do not have permission to use.
The App does not host, store on a server, or distribute any user content — all photos and videos you work with in the App remain on your own device at all times. If you believe a Recap Card or other content you created and shared using the App infringes your copyright, your complaint concerns your own use of your own device and any third-party service you shared to, not the App itself. If you have a good-faith concern related to the App's own icon, marketing materials, or bundled assets, contact us at the email below and we will investigate promptly.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App's photo-quality detection will be perfect or that it will identify every photo you would personally consider worth removing — you always have the option to review a Moment before accepting.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of photos, videos, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Because deleted photos go to your device's Recently Deleted album (recoverable for the period iOS provides), you are responsible for reviewing what you approve for deletion.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service, which apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict specific to Apple's minimum terms for licensed applications, Apple's terms control.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
