These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Chargie (the "App"), developed by Vi Truong Le ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Chargie on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple App Store's usage rules.

The App, including its design, companion characters, artwork, wallpapers, widget faces, and the content catalog it displays (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by Vi Truong Le or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Using the App does not grant you ownership of any Content — only a limited right to view and use the Content within the App for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, for as long as you use the App in accordance with these Terms. You may not extract, redistribute, resell, or use the Content outside of the App.
Chargie is designed to run locally on your device and does not require you to create an account. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how the App handles data, including the App's use of a public content catalog fetched over the internet.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the battery information displayed will be free of any inaccuracy inherent to the underlying device hardware or operating system.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vi Truong Le shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" above will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your place of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
